Notes
Came out real clean and mild roasty notes. Will flip 40 minutes at 140 with 20 minutes and 40 minutes at 158 on next iterations to see how it comes out.
Pours brown but is red in glass, cleared out great and solid head retention.
Scent is mild on the nose, very crushable beer.
May use a combination of kent goldings and fuggles on next iteration. Grain bill was solid and replicate it again on next iteration, may go less on roasted barley or C60 if swapping mash timers over corrects the dryness of this iteration.
