Notes
This pale ale, nearly blonde ale was specially made for Kinsleigh's first birthday party.
The yeast used was 1 packet (11g) of Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast. Also added was a wash consisting of roughly half a liter of Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, taken from an earlier Strong Ale called "Ye Olde American Hogwash." (OG 1.092 - Final ABV 9.8%).
The Fermentation was maintained at 20.0 celsius with an inkbird temperature controller and a space heater.
