How this turned out? Could you describe the smelling/tasting notes? Would you change something were you to brew this again?
Planning on using buckthorn, would you add more/less next time?

This beer is awesome! We smell and taste lots of hop of course, and nice fruitiness. Some will think about cookies, probably because of the cara malt.
The dosage of buckthornberries is safe in this recipe. It's present, but not dominant. I think you can use up to 300 g without getting too extreme. I choose this safe dosage, because these are really sour berries and I didn't want a sour IPA.
