I never end up with volumes I expect, in this case 12ltr into the fermentor. I supose I should make more accurate notes and measurements but a) my equipment is all homebuilt and b) brewing by ear is much more fun.
21 Feb 22 Initial ABV was 1046. This is the first time Ive used rice, the wort is extremly light in colour, doesn't look natural! but tasted fine. Bubbling away with 3 hours (dry sprinkled)
Bottled 3rd Mar, 4 days at 16c, then dropped to 5c
