Notes
  1. Bring 3 gallons of water to 160 degrees.
  2. Steep grains for 45 mins at 155 degrees.
  3. Dunk grain bag and lift out. Place on strainer to drain.
  4. Slowly pour 1 gallon of 170 degree water over the grain bag and allow to almost completely drain the water.
  5. Top up to 4 gallons of water as needed and bring to boil.
  6. Remove from heat and add extract
  7. Bring to a boil
  8. Add 1 oz. Mosaic Hops 60 mins
  9. Add .5 oz. Mosaic Hops 30 mins
  10. Add 1 oz. Mosaic Hops 20 mins
  11. Add 1 Whirlfloc tablet and .5 tsp Yeast Nutrient at 10 mins
  12. Add .5 oz. Mosaic Hops 0 mins
  13. Chill to 70 degrees
  14. Top up to 5.25 gallons in fermenter as needed.
  15. Check OG
  16. Pitch yeast
  17. Transfer to secondary vessel after 7 days when active fermentation has ceased.
  18. Add 2 oz. Mosaic Hops dry hop
  19. Secondary ferment for 7-14 days
  20. Keg/Bottle and condition 2 weeks
