Blowoff tube is required for this recipe for some reason. Even with temp control, the krausen gets very high
-Mash 152F for 60-70 minutes
-Boil 60 minutes
-Ferment at low end (65F) for a week, bump up to high end (69F) for 2nd week
-Dry hop for 4-5 days
-Carb to 2 vols
Brewed 8/22/2022: OG 1.062, yield was closer to 4.75 gal
