Brewed with rhubarb from the Mærrapanna cabin, harvested in the autumn 2021. Several kilos of frozen rhubarb were carefully defrosted, then heated slightly and juiced. 2 liters of juice were heated to ca 80 degrees C and then added to the beer on day 7 of fermentation.
