Notes

equipment aal in one Klarsetin Mundschenk 45litres.

Start mash at 68C, pump and circular plus stir. 60 min.
Sparge out the basket,and the sprinkle 1liter per hand 20 litres 79C for 20 min.
Go to boiling 100C,at achived temp. star Hopping in hop bag.Aurora was washed out completely from hop bag!!

Colled down with infusion chiller,vfrom 100C to 23C in 20 min.forgot to start pump,when chiller was out temp. gone to 32C,again chiller,pump and in 20 min to 18C.
Used pump to tranfer mash int fermentor.
Sprinkled yeast safale s 04 ,2 bags directly on mash at 19C.
