2.Once fermentation is finished, the gravity and VDK are clean and stable. Soft crash to 10C,
remove all possible yeast and solids. Then DH
3.20C , then rise to 23C for VDK
4.Dry hop duration (after soft crash to 10C) 3 days . Each day, ideally rouse with CO2
2-3times in a day.Then cold crash to 0C to remove all the solids
