1.Target grist OG is 14.4 , remaining +0.5P to get from dextrose addition
2.Once fermentation is finished, the gravity and VDK are clean and stable. Soft crash to 10C,
remove all possible yeast and solids. Then DH

4.Dry hop duration (after soft crash to 10C) 3 days . Each day, ideally rouse with CO2
2-3times in a day.Then cold crash to 0C to remove all the solids
