1:1:1 sterling:saaz:saaz at 60, 30, 5 min
Noted very high extraction efficiency on first brew of this. Only change was stirred mash at 30 and 55 min.
Had 3.5 gal pre-boil, did 90 min boil. had 2.3 gal post boil.
Increased 60 min hop addition slightly to offset unexpectedly high extraction efficiency to stay around 0.5 BU/OG ratio
