750g roasted and crushed pecan pieces to go in each mash step. Add before grain to avoid pieces floating to top. Roast @ 150C for 15 mins, 4X, crushing in a bag between each roast.
Reiterative mash, use half grain bill each time:
Reiterative mash 48.1L total water.
12.5L strike @72.
3L 100C Temperature at late grains.
This should give 8L run off.
Add 5L water to runoff and bring up to 67 again. Mash in second grains.

Re-combine and 12L batch sparge. Leaves 13L additional sparge depending on gravity
