Notes

Aerated wort well, pitched 3 packets @ 13 deg, ferm started instantly, slowly ramped down temp after 3 days, finished in 5 days hitting FG. Cold crashed at 4 deg for 24 hours with finings.

Slighty astringent taste at from end that I got last time with Saaz hops. Hit all my numbers so don't think it is astringency just the hop.

End up delicious the longer I left it. Cara and Wheat really helped with head compared to other brews.
