Try my hand at kettle caramelization. 1.5 gal. wort boiled until reduced to a bit more than a quart. It reaches a point where it starts almost foaming. Returned to mash for boil.
"Five Point Cut" is Vidal Sassoon's name for the 60s Bob hairstyle. This is a 60 Shilling Ale; a shilling is also known as a bob. Hence, a 60 bob beer.
