Brewing Process
Mash @152 degrees for 60 min - No mash out this batch.
Pull grain basket from the kettle - let set for 10 min.
Raise temp to 207 degrees to boil for 60 min.
Hop/Fining Additions
1) @60 min - .5 oz. Motueka
2) @15 min - .5 oz. Motueka
3) @15 min - 1 tablet of Whirlfloc
4) @5 min - .5 oz. Motueka
5) @Whirlpool - .5 oz. Motueka
Whirlpool - circulate the wort and chill to 175 then hop drop[
*We used 2 hop baskets which might make the beer more 'limey' because of Motueka hop profile. If too 'limey,' use less hops.
