Notes
Mash in @ 67.4 @ 21:45 (water was 8l @ 74.5 C) kept open for 10 minutes, to lower temperature a bit. Chilled to 64 C.
Held for 60 minuts.
Then 74 C for 20 minutes.
Then cooled to 22 C and verdant IPA pitched. Holding it in a water bath @ 19 C.
Belgian Candi Sirup just for calculation purposes, in reality homemade dark invert sirup was used.
After 20 days dry hopped with 27g Goldings.
FG: 1,008. Tastes sweet and good, bit grainy but cloudy, no yeast bite though. Good beer directly out of the fermenter. Already reat foam!!!
