This beer is my take F.H.Stienbarts 100th Anniversary brew.
I've tweaked it to suit what I've got on hand.
OG 1.060
50IBU
6%ABV
Gambrinus ESB malt 12LB
8OZ victory
8OZ crystal 15
1OZ each
Centennial and Cluster 60mins
.5 OZ each at 15
1 OZ each dry hop.
Water profile I set to light n hoppy but ballanced would do I believe.
