Dry hop for 1 day (yes, one day)
Mash in verkackt.... 69 C Mash für 1h. Ging runter auf 65. Mashout @ 77 für 15 min.
Just 1.016 fg... due to too high mash in temperature.
Dry hops were smelling AMAZING when taken out, they should have stayed in there one or two days longer....
Bottled after 7 days of fermentation.
