Mash (1) without acid malt for 60 minutes.
Mash (2) with acid malt till PH conversion has occurred and reached a PH of 4.5.
Ferment for 3-4 days and add 4lbs of fruit puree and dry hop at the same time. Allow for fermentation to ease 6-7 days and package.
