Notes

This brew turned out great. I entered it into the 2014 California State Fair homebrew contest for some unbiased feedback. The feedback had to do with my brewing process more than the beer (watch fermentation temps, over carbonation). Judges commented that the beer had great body. Next time I will pay more attention to fermentation temp and I will dry hop more. Definitely brewing this again.
