Notes
Only add 10% to 25% of malt extract at start of boil. Add remainder when boil is finished. Not boiling all the extract will keep the color lighter.
Add honey after boil is finished. DO NOT BOIL HONEY.
Used Orange Blossom Honey
Dried jasmine flowers and dry hops added to conical 1 week into fermentation.
Optional: add fresh tangerine peel when dry hops are added
