    • add graham cracker
  2. Raise to 154F ( hold 60 min)
    • 1 tsp enzyme
  3. Sparge with 2 gal @ 165F for 10 min
  4. Collect 7.5 gal for boil
  5. Boil 75 min
    • 2.5 tsp yeast nutrient @ 8 min
    • 1 irish moss @ 10 min
  6. Cool to 70F and pitch yeast
  7. Ferment for 10 days
  8. Move to secondary for dryhops
  9. Cold crash and add blueberry extract to taste
