While not by classic definition a true Pilsner.. it was delicious. 5 Gallons didn't last too long! Slightly sweet malty notes, great blond colour, and that classic European pilsner taste.
Will be brewing again in the near future, and probably will be my go-to keg #2 as my safe bet.
