Love this beer, great balance of dark chocolate flavours, hint of roasted coffee and hop punch. Super smooth and dangerously drinkable.
M42 (x2) rehydrated and pitched, down from x3 packs dry pitched.
Same grist as first version, cut boil to 40 min as it was late.

M42 (x3 yeast packs)
26/4/21 - SG: 1003 (Tilt) (WTF?) This has gone crazy low, maybe the Tilt has gone wrong. Cold crashed to 10 C.

9/5/21 - Tastes great, lots of hop fruit and a smooth chocolate finish, very well liked.
21/5/21 - Not much coffee aroma, hops up front and nice smooth bitter coffee finish, this is a very good beer.
