Add blackberries and raspberries at end of primary fermentation.
OG: 1.041 SG / 10.3 Brix (uncorrected)
Pre-Berry FG: 1.018 SG / 4.6 Brix (uncorrected)
Added 12oz raspberries, 16oz blackberries
Great aroma, good berry flavor. Far more than the original beer though. Too tart. Need to mash higher and use a lower attenuation yeast next time.
FOR 2022 BATCH:
- Increase mash temp to 150F
- Increase Crystal 10L to 8oz
- Omit lactic acid
- Lower IBUs to 8-12
