Notes

A) You would need to add 1.045 oz of the hops at the 5 minute mark to fix the IBU. I figured this out by guessing and checking in brewers friend.

B) Changing the hops in this manner would reduce the flavor of that hop because it boiled in the beer for less time. (It won't taste as hoppy, but will retain its bitterness hence the IBU staying the same)
