This is an excellent beer for yellow carbonated water. This version has the right amount of corn. The ibus maybe a little too high for some people but if you like a little bite but still keeping to the style this works for me and could even handle some more. The next version I’ll increase the ibus, cut back on the malt, and increase sugar.
