nisman • 03/24/2021 at 08:02am I pressure ferment in a fermentasaurus under pressure after the first 24hrs.
So it actually started at 1.051 and finished at 1.007 so an ABV of more like 5.7%.
Tasting notes on kegging night... (24-3-2021) Very good. It has the right amount of hop to the nose as i was going for. Lets see what it's like once its actually carbonated.
nisman • 07/22/2021 at 05:45am This beer was great! A real all-rounder. Perfectly balanced hops, great smell and great taste. Also, non craft beer drinkers loved it as much as my real mates. Haha.
