Notes

Soak lime zest in small amount of vodka for 3-7 days.
At kegging time boil lactose with just enough water to dissolve, with vanilla extract.
Add lime tincture, and lactose/vanilla mixture to keg, Purge keg with CO2, rack beer on top.
Lactose will add approx 0.006 FG

Alternatively add lactose at end of boil; add lime tincture and vanilla after primary.

Could handle a little more lactose, but this level was not cloying.

-------
Orig. notes

Zest of 2 limes (soaked in vodka), 110g Lactose and 1/2tsp Vanilla will be added to 5L mini-keg of base beer.
