Dryhopped first round 7th day into fermentation and ramped up temp for diacetyl rest
Dryhopped second round on 14th day into fermentation and started crash cooling to 45
2lbs of hops per barrel on Terrifico, a blend of spice heavy German varieties: Spalt Select and Tettnanger
dry-hopping of Polaris hops, a new hop variety from Hüll in Germany with massive alpha acids sometimes exceeding 20% and a super high oil content
highly sessionable at just 4.7% ABV with a very un-pilsner like 42 IBU's.
Jester King Kettle hopped with Hallertau Magnum and Hallertau Mittelfruh; Dry-hopped with Spalter Select and Saphir.
