Notes

Steep grains in bag/sack in 2qt H20 160 deg for 30 min. Add DME to boil pot with just enough cold water to make a slurry. Add wort from steeped grains, sparge grains with 4-6 qt water at 168 degrees until runs clear.
Bring boil pot to 3 gallon, add hops, boil 60 min.
Chill, add water to fermentor to bring to 5 gallon or correct gravity reading.
