Notes
- Boil 2.5 gallons water
- Only add LME
- BREW SCHEDULE
0 min: Add 1oz Willamette Hops
40 min: Add DME, Corn Sugar, Rice Syrup Solids, .4oz Kent goldings
60 min: Add 1oz Willamette hops
--End boil--
- Cool wort, add to fermentor, add water till 5.5gal
- pitch yeast
- ferment 2 weeks at 65degrees
- Steep hibiscus flowers for 15min (only use "tea", puree and freeze watermelon
- Add to fermentor and cold crash
- Let sit 1-2 days
- Make jalapeno simple syrup: 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2 jalapenos sliced
- taste test till desired
- bottle and store bottles at 60 degrees for 4 days (check carbonation) then refrigerate
