Notes
v.1 ended up being very tasty, but it wasn't anywhere close to style - it actually ended up being a dead ringer for a schwarzbier from a local microbrewery (The ABGB).
v.2 is pared back slightly, especially where the hops are concerned, in an attempt to stick closer to style.
