Notes
3rd Verdant style NEIPA recipe I've attempted. I think I got this one dialed into my zone. Last 2 were good in their own respects, but I'd like to bring together the best elements of the other 2 into something that is right down the pipe. I know the OG misses the style reqs, but I don't want this one too big. I don't like hangovers, but I love hops. Dig?
You are the BOSS of your SAUCE.
Note on dry hop day. I was out of Verdant yeast for this brew, my package didn't arrive in time, so I subbed M44 on brew day. It seems to have shredded though ferm, like a dirty mofo @19c. Will know better when I get my hydrometer into this whoore. Smells like a schmillion bucks, and did so right through ferm. Gotter sittin' outside at near zero temps in primary. Can't wait until those fresh and juicy dry hops are juiced at low temp, and she's kegged. 2 days ought to do.
Will be soon revisiting this brew now that my fresh package(s) of verdant IPA packets is at hand. I'll be reporting back, once she's mashed in, maybe even another rendition recipe, punk IpA, bitches.
