1 jar x 450g raw honey.

Each jar of apple butter is made from 7.5kg if apples and has >52g sugar per 100g.

Calculated the SG as the sugars (only) from the apples plus the raw honey.

Essentially the picture is the recipe. Aiming for 9-10 litres in the fermenter when done. Using Kveik yeast to ensure a good fermentation.
