Notes

Really an imperial brown ale. Aiming for 11% ABV, a reek of alcohol and a nice brown colour, with American hoppiness.

To attain the gravity, and cope with the grain quantity, this needs a double mash. Use half the ingredients with each mash. The second mash uses the wort from the first. A longish brew day.
