Notes
depending on how strong you want your ending ale to be you can add corn sugar. 8-16oz.
1 lb will make it pretty strong without detracting from the overall flavor profile.
I suggest letting this age in bottle for at least a couple months for full flavor but it can be kegged and drank within a couple weeks.
