Notes

This beer is phenomenal. We drank it at work before and after the GABS beer fest here in Sydney, and we enjoyed it just as much, if not more, that most of the beers we tried at GABS.

I'm going to tweak the hops just a bit, the original recipe was with Eclipse, and this one will be Citra, and I will see which I like more. I've also adjusted the Rye from .85kg to 1kg to get a bit more mouthfeel out of it.
