Notes

brew day 12-dec-2021
even with a 20 min boil, color was still dark, hoping it lightens during fermentation. very piney smell during whirlpool (maybe to much centennial hops, may scale the dry hop back to 0.5 oz)
og : 1.052
slow steady bubbling at 24hrs and fermenter temp @68F
temp cooled to around 64-66F after a few days

dry hop on 29-dec-2021
gravity is 1.014
color looks good, smells and tastes good as well (tropical and citrus)
moved upstairs to 68F

01-jan-2021 bottling day
2.1 vol co2 (3.6oz dextrose in 2 cups water)
color still looks good, smells and tastes good no sign of oxidation
bottled and stored upstairs at 68F
abv: 5.0%
