Notes

Brewed on 9/4/2020 (BIAB Method)

7.75 gallons of strike water @ 157.5 degrees F which = Mash temp of 152 degrees F for 75 minutes. Final temp was 143 degrees F after ~ 75 minutes in mash.

SG = 7 gallons of 10.6 brix = 1.0425 g/L = 78 % extraction efficiency.
OG = 13.1 brix = 1.053 g/L and confirmed with hydrometer. Only got about 4.75 gallons in the fermenter. Maybe use 8 gallons with 10 lbs of grain.

FG = 1.010 g/L, above average attenuation. Legged on 9/22/2020 and set to 11 psi at 38 degrees F
