If JimmySpeakaz reads this, this is my best porter to date. Thanks! Brett and Bacillus really added to the flavor....gonna brew it again. Drank it in a bottle aged 6 months....WOW!!


Borrowed this base recipe from JimmySpeakaz and changed the grain amts and hops varieties a bit as well as adding brett and bacillus to the secondary.

So I am drinking this one slowly ans I just got huge Marzipan notes in the nose and in the after-taste!! AMAZING!!!! Black Porter style with with brett is sooooooooo effing good!!! WOW!!
