Notes
Protein rest at 125. Pulled 4 gallons of grain and wort for decoction, maybe 30% was grain. Held that at 154 until converted then boil for 10 minutes. Dumped back into main kettle. Temp only rose to 138 naturally. Then held at 145 for 15 minutes, then up to 154. Took maybe 90 minutes to convert.
