Notes
Do not mash in dark malts until the sparge. This will decrease overwhelming flavors of coffee/chocolate. Adding to the sparge will add the color we desire as well as subtler notes of roast/coffee/chocolate without sacrificing the crispness of the body.
This will change the OG. FG. and ABV. above. Instead it will look closer to this:
OG. - 12.8P
FG. - 2.2P
ABV - 5.6%
