Notes
Fermentation:
1) 11 degrees C until half way through fermentation Approx 1.033
2) 14 degrees C until fermentation completes
3) leave for an extra 3 days at 14 degrees C
4) Rack onto the dry hops in a separate vessel
5) leave for 24 hours at 14 degrees C
6) Lower the temperature down to 1-2 degrees C over a couple of days and leave for 2 weeks.
