Shared by Andy Farrell of Bell's to the CBB magazine. The yeast can either be US-05/001/1056 or the Bell's House Imperial A62.
I had to make the following tweaks based on my what I have on hand: 2 row replaced by pils, munich 10L replaced with munich 6L, Galaxy replaced with Citra.
