Mash @ 154 for 60 mins, recirculated at 25 mins.
Sparged at 168 until volume reached 7 gallons.
Boil for 70 mins and started hop additions at 60 minutes.
Chilled to 67 degrees and oxygenated @ .75-.5 LPM until 1 gallon left. Pitched US 04 at 65 degrees and fermented at 65 degrees until 7 days, and dry hopped and let free rise to 70 degrees and bumped it down to 68 after 2 days. Crashed on day 9 and transferred to keg on day 12. Force carbonated at 30 lbs for 24 hours, lowered to 15 lbs for 2 days until it was ready.
