This was 1/3 of a recipe, the base of which is listed above. I drew 5 gallons and pitched the Lutra strain and it fermented consistently for over a week.
The beer was what-it-was. A super simple easy-drinking beer for a graduation party in the Dog Days of summer. It was the first keg kicked.
