Notes

Alterations: Subbed extra 1oz of Galaxy for Mosaic. Subbed 0.5oz Centennial for each extra 0.5 oz of Citra during whirlpool and dry hop. Accidentally whirlpooled at 156, but seemed okay based on brulosophy article. Actual OG was 1.069, possibly due to using a BIAB bag as an extra filter in the mash.
