Notes

Used Philip's home air dried Cascade from 2019. %AA is a guess!
Fermentables: Munton's Light DME and Munton's Wheat DME
(55% wheat and 45% base) Had 1oz less Carapils than in batch-1.
Added 0.5oz more hops than batch-1 @60 min & 0.2oz more at 15.
Threw hops in boil w/o using Hop Spider. Strained chilled wort through colander. Let Flameout hops sit for 20 mins before chilling wort.
Used Safale S-04. Rehydrated in 4oz H2O at 80 degF
