Notes
This should be a fast, crisp lager like beer. Aiming for a 2 week brew to serve. Use Great Western grain. Mash at 150 for 60 min. 1 hour boil, chill to 80 F, aerate and pitch. Monitor and once active fermantation starts set temp control to 70 F. Dry hop as FG is reached. Transfer to keg and carb.
Target IBU = 20 adjust based on %aa on packaging
