yeast starter was package of yeast, 2 tsp of Malt Extract and 1/2 cup water. boiled water with extract, chilled to 80 degrees, pitched yeast and put on stir plate while making beer up to pitch time.
Hop Addition:
Columbus 1 oz at 60 min
Cascade 2 oz at 30 min
Cascade 2oz at 10 min
Cocoa nibs added 2nd fermentation
7 days first fermentation 6.5 gallon carboy
14 days second fermentation 5.0 gallon carboy
